Reporting

1. To report human-wildlife conflicts, injured, sick, aggressive or orphaned wildlife, click the blue button above, or call your local ADF&G office during business hours.
2. For moose hit by vehicles and emergency conflicts after hours, contact the Alaska Wildlife Troopers in your area: dps.alaska.gov/AWT/Contact.
3. To submit a wildlife health report or if you have a question about something you observed inside an animal while field dressing or butchering (include photos, GPS or general locations, and detailed descriptions) to: dfg.dwc.vet@alaska.gov or call the wildlife health veterinarian's office (located in Fairbanks) at: (907) 459-7257.
4. If directed to submit a tissue sample from an animal or carcass for disease identification or monitoring, click on the Sample Submission Form button to print the required document. Contact ADF&G by email or through your local ADF&G office for sample drop-off instructions.

5. To report sick or dead seabirds or dead wild birds where the cause is not immediately apparent: call the Alaska Sick or Dead Bird Hotline at (866) 527-3358 to file a report with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
