Reporting Requirements

  • Successful Hunters
    • Within 15 days of kill, you must report to ADF&G; within 30 days of kill, you must report in person with required specimens to ADF&G or an Appointed Sealer.
    • Specimens Required: Jan 1 - May 31: Present skinned-out skull and hide (with evidence of sex and claws naturally attached) for sealing. June 1 - Dec 31: Present skinned-out skull and, if retained, hide (with evidence of sex and claws naturally attached) for sealing.
  • Unsuccessful Hunters
    Within 15 days of the close of season, you must submit a completed permit report to ADF&G or hunt.alaska.gov.
  • Internet Reporting
    You may report online at http://hunt.alaska.gov
